Our journey started when our founders, a group of seasoned business leaders and OKR experts, were looking for a way to drive focus, alignment, and accountability in their own organizations. They discovered the transformative power of OKRs, a framework originally developed at Intel and popularized by Google, and knew they had to share this knowledge with others.
